A Longniddry dad says that poor facilities at the village's station have made it 'virtually inaccessible' for his disabled 12-year-old son.

A new car park at Longniddry Railway Station is now open.
The new car park is to the east of and in addition to the one already in place at the station. It has spaces for 58 vehicles and 10 bikes, adding to the previous 73-vehicle capacity at the station. East Lothian Council posted on Twitter yesterday (Wednesday) that the barriers at the new car park were being lifted at the station that evening.
