Under-fire ScotRail have hit their worst performance levels since Dutch firm Abellio took over running the franchise.
The latest figures the poorest in more than a decade show one in five services failed to arrive on time. At the two worst-performing stations, Largs and Milngavie, three-quarters of trains were late. Under the franchise agreement, on time is defined as being less than five minutes late. Passengers we spoke to described the reliability of services as a joke.
